Foundation training is something different altogether. Corrective exercise with an emphasis on expanding your strength from the inside out.
This four-day, intensive Foundation Training Certification course offers an intimate view into the ideas and principles that support our cause of helping people help themselves out of chronic pain.
Our two principles, decompressing the torso and anchoring the pelvis, are taught in thoughtful detail with 18 challenging and sustainable poses.
Approximately, half of our attendees are practicing physicians or therapists, however, the course is open to anyone. From dog groomers and firefighters to chiropractors and war veterans, anyone can learn to perform and teach Foundation Training.
