The Foundation Training program includes 18 body-weight exercises to improve your posture and movement patterns. Most people only need to practice a handful of exercises, 10 minutes per day, to relieve their pain.
The exercises not only reduce pain, but also increase strength, flexibility, agility, balance and mobility.
Foundation Training stabilizes your hips and spine, places your head over your shoulders and prepares your muscles to absorb the constant force of gravity, instead of letting it press on and damage joints.
