Learning Foundation Training requires a simple process.
First you discover which structures of your body are too week, too strong or simply out of balance. Through this process you also understand why you feel pain and discomfort in some parts of your body.
Then you learn which exercises you need to practice to bring those structures back into balance. As you learn these new postures and movements, your body will find them beneficial and preferable.
Through practice and repetition, you will strengthen and stretch these structures, leading to pain relief. You will become stronger, more flexible and energetic. Proper posture will become natural to you.
Most people can get away with 10 to 20 minutes of daily practice, ideally in the morning. The goal is to practice the postures/movements until they are effortlessly applied to everyday activities.
