Foundation Training restores natural movement patterns and improves posture and mobility. It's easy to learn, and you can do it anywhere! Designed to alleviate back pain and improve stability, strength, and flexibility. Improve your performance in every exercise program, sport or daily activity! Must take this workshop before attending a Foundation Training class.

 

Join us in this workshop to expand your understanding of how the human body is designed to move and support itself. Learn the basics to Decompress the spine, Anchoring the pelvis and Integrate optimal postures into daily movement. This workshop will empower you to keep your body feeling healthy and strong, and to teach others how to do the same.
