How We Will Work Together: 

I will help you become stronger, more flexible, more agile, more coordinated and fitter than you thought was possible. I will look and listen for imbalances and give you corrective exercises that will help you bring your body back to balance. I will find out what the cause of these imbalances is and help you understand them so you can avoid them in the future. I will show you your blinds spots and give you insight into the workings of your own body. I will help you correct that which you are now doing wrong so you can do it right.

We will spend time together, troubleshooting postures and movements that you are doing incorrectly. We will target the factors that are causing you pain and degeneration. We will improve your life by building a program that works for you. We will find solutions to those problems you have not solved yet.

We will work on your condition by supplementing your daily activities with tips, tools and exercises that will help you feel better and enjoy the things you love to do. You will become more productive, your energy throughout the day will improve, your pain will decrease and your stress levels will go down.

All of this won’t come alone, you will have to do your work, you will need to commit to this process, believe in it and put effort on it. I will support you all the way and help you get as far as you want to go.
