About the Program:
Understand and practice essential principles, postures, movements, and exercises to feel better.
Correct your posture, relieve pain, prevent injuries and improve your performance.
The program is scheduled daily, from Monday to Friday.
Every session lasts a full hour.
Choose between one week, two or four.
On Monday we evaluate your condition, set goals and learn the exercises you need to feel better.
Tuesday through Friday we practice those exercises, setting you up to do them on your own.
Sessions available from 7 a.m. to 7.p.m.
