These prices and packages are applicable to all my services including:

Foundation TrainingPrivate Yoga and Massage Therapy.

Single Session = $100

Package of 4     = $360 (Save 10%)

Package of 8     = $640 (Save 20%)

Package of 12   = $840 (Save 30%)

Additional Benefits

Invite up to 3 guests to your Foundation Training and/or yoga class and split the cost with them.

Bring the session to you by requesting an "Out-Call" to your home or office. 

($5 per mile from North Boulder Park)

Receive a free 15-minute consultation. 

This can be on the phone or in-person. 

If you prefer to meet in person, you can reserve a 90-minute session. 

If after the first 15 minutes, you decide this isn't what you are looking for, you can cancel the rest of the session without any charge. 

If you are satisfied with the service, you can finish the rest of the session and pay the regular price of $100,

or purchase a package of sessions at a discount.
