The Diet for Heaven, Becoming a Fruitarian Bodybuilder

Fruitarian Bodybuilder

Three months ago I began to learn about the fruitarian diet. After two weeks of research I decided to give it a try. I built a website called Fruitarian Bodybuilder to track my progress and share my experience.

It has been almost three months since I started and have gathered many insights on this path. As of right now I am 99% convinced that the fruitarian diet is one of the best diets out there in terms of health, ethics and environmental impact.

Why Become a Fruitarian Bodybuilder?

By following a fruitarian diet I do not have to worry about harming any animals OR plants. I also do not need to worry about taking in any toxins, excessive fats or excessive proteins.

Some people say that the fruitarian diet is dangerous. I have listened to almost every argument out there against fruitarianism. So far the only thing I have been able to prove is that fruitarianism intimidates a lot of people, and for good reason.

It is not easy to become a fruitarian and much less a Fruitarian Bodybuilder. Our society, at least in the U.S. and most places around the world, is constructed around animal consumption and their derivative products. There is a relatively small number of people that advocate a vegan diet, and even less people doing a raw vegan diet. From those sub-sets come the fruitarians, dedicating themselves to follow a fruit based diet.

The Different Definitions of Fruitarianism

Each person has their own definition for the fruitarian diet. Some people think that only those who eat fruit alone are fruitarians. Other people thing that the cut of point is at 80% fruit.

I personally like to lower the bar to define fruitarians as anyone who gets at least 51% of their calories from fruit. Even though I personally strive for 100% fruit I like to keep my definition more inclusive. The way I understand it, the more fruit we eat, the better.

Can a Fruitarian Build Muscle?

I believe it is possible to be a successful bodybuilder with a fruitarian diet. You probably won’t get ridiculously huge without steroids but meat eaters and vegan bodybuilders also can’t get ridiculously huge without steroids. As far as I see it, fruitarians can build as much muscle mass, or more, with a fruit based diet. They may need to include some leafy greens in the mix like spinach, but I certainly don’t believe we need any animal products, heavy starches or tons of protein to gain muscle mass.

I haven’t prove this yet but I am working on it. This is why I created Fruitarian Bodybuilder, to teach and to show. Perhaps I will never become a proper fruitarian bodybuilder, but someone else might.

Why Do I Believe in Fruitarianism?

We all believe in something, in many things actually. Sometimes it is hard to know what to believe in, those moments can be quite confusing and at times scary. On the other hand, I am starting to believe that those moments are actually quite magical. They are opportunities for us to choose what we want to believe and take action towards our vision and goals. I am actually going through the same process with my OneCoin Reviews.

I could spend a lifetime reading articles and listening to people talk about their arguments for or against the fruitarian diet. I could look at every single piece of research on the topic and even perform my own research. Even with all this I may never come to a factual conclusion, just like we can’t TRULY come to a factual conclusion about anything.

There will always be someone who disagrees with us. From the enlightened monk at the top of the Himalayas to the drug addict living under a bridge. Everyone has their own perspectives and to some extent, they are all right. We all live in our individual words and simultaneously share in the collective conscious.

If we have the choice to be whatever we wish to be, I chose to be a Fruitarian Bodybuilder.

Thank you,
